Where the Bench Is
We are in Bay 7 of the brick service row on Madison Road, a few minutes east of the Oakley square. The bay door faces the rear lot; the entrance you want is the grey one with the shop name stencilled at eye height.
Getting Here
- From downtown: I-71 north to the Smith & Edwards exit, east on Madison Road for roughly three miles. The service row is on the right past the second signal.
- From the northern suburbs: I-71 south to Ridge Road, west on Madison. The lot entrance is immediately after the tyre shop.
- From Kentucky: Take the Norwood Lateral to Ridge, then Madison westbound. Allow an extra ten minutes on weekday evenings.
- Parking: Free in the rear lot. The four spaces closest to Bay 7 are ours; anything further back is shared with the neighbouring units.

Call (513) 555-0187 during posted hours and you will get whoever is on the bench. If the line rings out we are mid-swing with a golfer — leave a message with a callback window and we will work through the list at close.
Email to [email protected] is best for anything with attachments: a spec sheet from a previous fitting, photos of a damaged hosel, or a list of what is in your bag. Attach what you have and we can often answer before you come in.

March through May the Saturday slots fill roughly three weeks out. If your season starts in April, book in February. Mid-summer and autumn we can usually find something inside a week.
Before You Call
Two pieces of information make the first conversation much shorter: what is currently in the bag, and what specifically bothers you about it. "The 6-iron goes left when I try to hit it hard" is far more useful than "I need new irons", and it changes which bench we would put you on.
- Bring the clubs you play, including the ones you dislike.
- If you have an old fitting sheet, bring it — even a bad one is data.
- Wear the shoes you actually play in; spike height shifts lie readings.
