Your request is in the queue. Someone will call or email within one business day to lock a specific start time and tell you which fitter you are with. There is nothing you need to do until then.

Two Things Worth Doing Before You Come In
- Do not clean the grooves. Wear pattern and face marks are useful. A wire brush the night before erases evidence we would rather read.
- Have a look for an old fitting sheet. Even one from years ago gives us a second point to compare against, which turns a snapshot into a trend.
Need to Change Something?
Email gear@groovegaugefit.shop during posted hours, or reply to the confirmation email when it arrives. Changing the bench, the date or the window before we confirm costs nothing and takes a minute.
Did not get a reply within a business day? Something went wrong with the message, not with the booking. Call the shop and we will find you a slot on the spot.
